Tasnna Pro
Last updated: August 30, 2026
Tasnna has two plans: the free plan and Tasnna Pro. This page explains what each one includes, what limits the free plan has and how free access to Pro works. It is part of the terms and conditions.
1. Tasnna Pro is open, free of charge, until further notice
Every family has full access to Tasnna Pro features, at no cost and until further notice, at least until 15 October 2026. If that access is closed, we will give at least two weeks' notice inside the app.
- You do not need to enter any card, bank details or tax details to use Pro.
- There is no automatic charge at any point. There is no active subscription that could renew on its own.
- If we ever decide to close this access, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance inside the app and by notification, and we will remind you again a week before, a day before and on the day itself. Until that notice exists, no countdown is running.
- Closing that access would never mean a charge: the family would move to the free plan, which does not cost anything either.
2. What would happen if it ever ends
If free access to Pro closes, the family moves to the free plan. What happens exactly:
- No profile, chore or reward is deleted. Anything over the free plan limits is stored and stops showing in the app; if the family gets Pro back later, it all returns with its progress intact.
- The app asks the parent in charge to choose what to keep within the limits. We never choose for them.
- Pro-only features stop being available, but they stay visible in the app marked as Pro, so you know what they are and what you no longer have.
- Activity history is the one exception and it is deleted. See point 5.
3. Free plan limits
The free plan comes with all of Tasnna's core features, with a cap on how many of each you can have.
| Item | Free plan | Tasnna Pro |
|---|
| Child profiles | 2 | Unlimited |
| Active chores per child | 3 | Unlimited |
| Active recurring chores | 2 | Unlimited |
| Rewards set up | 2 | Unlimited |
| Activity history | 7 days | 30 days |
| History search and filters | No | Yes |
| Weekly summary | No | Yes |
| Chores with a deduction when they expire | No | Yes |
| Surprise reward with a hidden amount | No | Yes |
| Balance transfers between siblings | No | Yes |
| Vacation mode | No | Yes |
Recurring chores on the free plan repeat as many times as you like: the cap is how many can be active at once, not how many times each one runs.
These limits may change in the future. If a change reduces what you already had, we will announce it in the app with reasonable notice.
4. Price
Today Tasnna does not charge for anything. There is no subscription available, no published price and no way to pay inside the app.
If a paid subscription is switched on in the future, it will run through Google Play billing, with the price, the billing period and the cancellation terms shown clearly before any purchase, and these terms will be updated in advance.
5. Activity history: on the free plan it is deleted
On the free plan, activity history older than 7 days is deleted automatically and permanently. It cannot be recovered, not even by moving to Pro later.
With Tasnna Pro history is kept for 30 days and then deleted just the same. History is the record of finished chores, wallet movements and savings goal events; deleting it does not affect balances, streaks or progress, which are stored separately.
This is also set out in the terms and in the privacy policy.
6. Who can subscribe
- Anything to do with the plan is always handled by the adult account holder (parent or legal guardian).
- Child profiles cannot start purchases or reach the plan and billing screens. The app blocks this technically, not just by policy.
- See also the children's privacy policy.
