Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of Tasnna (the "app"), an Android mobile application downloaded from Google Play. Tasnna operates in Spain, the United States, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. What Tasnna is

Tasnna is a family organization tool: parents or legal guardians (the "Parents") assign chores to their children, and those chores are recorded along with rewards, experience points (XP), streaks and savings goals. It is a mobile app that each member of the family uses on their own device.

2. The money in the app is not real money

• Tasnna does not hold, process or transfer real money between users.
• The balances in the app are only a record of private agreements inside the family. If a parent decides to hand real money or a physical prize to their child, that happens outside the app and is the Parents' sole responsibility.
• Tasnna does not guarantee or take part in whether those family agreements are honored, and is not liable for disputes arising from them.
• Virtual balances cannot be redeemed, transferred or refunded, and the Parents themselves can adjust or reset them from the app.

3. Accounts and minors

• Only an adult can create an account and a family in Tasnna.
• Child profiles are created and managed by the Parents. Minors use the app under the supervision, authorization and responsibility of their Parents.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, along with the access codes for your children's devices.
• You must give truthful information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to try to reach other families' data, not to interfere with how the service runs (including attacks, scraping or reverse engineering) and not to impersonate other people.

5. Plans and price

• Tasnna has a free plan and a Tasnna Pro plan. What each one includes is set out on the plans page.
• Every family has full access to Tasnna Pro features at no cost, with no payment details entered and until further notice, at least until 15 October 2026. If that access is closed, we will announce it at least 14 days in advance inside the app; nothing is charged in any case, and the family moves to the free plan.
• Today there is no paid subscription and no way to pay inside the app. If one is switched on in the future, it will run through Google Play billing, with price, billing period, renewal and how to cancel shown before any purchase, and these terms will be updated with reasonable notice.
• Anything to do with the plan is always handled by the adult account holder. Child profiles cannot start purchases.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, brand, logos, structure, features and source code are the intellectual property of Tasnna, protected by copyright (Copyright © 2026). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the app only for legitimate personal and family purposes.

Expressly forbidden:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, adapting or creating derivative works from the source code, structure, design or features of the app.
• Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering or attempting to reach the source code.
• Redistributing, selling, renting, licensing or handing over access to the app or any part of it.
• Using scraping tools, bots or automation to extract data from the app without authorization.
• Publishing, sharing or distributing the code, design or technical content of the app without written consent.

The look and feel of the app

The visual appearance, graphic identity, screen design, layout of elements, color combinations and user experience of Tasnna are an original creation, protected by copyright from the moment of its creation under the Berne Convention and the applicable Spanish and European legislation.

Plagiarism, imitation, tracing and the recreation of interfaces that are practically identical or substantially similar, in a way that seeks to confuse users or replicate Tasnna's own look, are forbidden.

Faced with any unauthorized visual copy we will immediately turn to the intellectual property takedown procedure of the distribution platforms, and request the removal of the infringing application.

Breaching these restrictions is copyright infringement and may lead to civil and criminal legal action under the applicable legislation.

The content you enter (chore names, proof photos, and so on) remains yours; you give us permission to store and display it only in order to provide the service under our Privacy policy.

7. Availability and changes to the service

The app is offered "as is" and "as available". How it runs depends on your internet connection and the device you use. We may modify, suspend or withdraw features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasnna will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit, or for the educational or financial decisions the Parents make while using the app. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and your family from the app settings. Doing so deletes the associated data under the Privacy policy. We may also suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

10. Data retention and automatic cleanup

So that unnecessary data does not pile up, some records are deleted automatically after a while:

• Photos attached as proof of a chore: deleted the moment the chore is approved.
• Read notifications: 15 days. Unread notifications: 45 days.
• Activity history: 30 days on Tasnna Pro and 7 days on the free plan. Deletion is permanent and is not recovered by changing plan.
• Wallet movements: 180 days.
• Deductions already applied: 90 days.
• Linked devices left unused: 30 days. If a child's or a co-parent's phone does not open the app for that long, it is unlinked from the family and needs a new code to get back in. Parent accounts with email and password do not expire.

Each profile allows one linked device: linking a new one makes the previous one lose access at that same moment.

The rest of your family's data is kept while the account is active and is deleted when you delete a profile or your whole account.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the change matters, we will announce it in the app with reasonable notice. If you keep using it after the new version takes effect, you are understood to accept it.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the protections given to you by the consumer legislation of your country of residence. For any question write to info@tasnna.com.
